What is your return window?

At Arid & Hide, most non-customized items may be returned within 7 calendar days after delivery, provided the item is unused, clean, complete, and kept in its original condition and packaging.

The 7-day return window starts on the day after the tracking information shows the order as delivered.

What does original condition mean?

Original condition means the product keeps its original quality and function. All parts, accessories, manuals, labels, and packaging should be included where applicable.

You may open the package to inspect the item. However, items with visible use, stains, scratches, missing parts, odor, or damage beyond normal inspection may not be eligible for return.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times vary by destination, carrier, and seasonal volume. Product pages may show an estimated delivery window when available.

Business days refer to our regular shipping and customer service working days. They do not include weekends or public holidays.

Who pays return shipping?

For returns requested because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. You may use the carrier of your choice, but we recommend using a tracked service.

If the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us first with your order number and clear photos so we can review the case and help with next steps.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery and include your order number, photos of the package, and clear photos of the item from multiple angles.

Once reviewed, we will help arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or other support depending on the situation.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Please contact us through the Contact page before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item you want to return, the reason for the request, and photos if the issue is related to damage, defects, or incorrect items.
