Free shipping, duties and import taxes
MOURVELI offers free standard shipping to the United States and Canada. Import duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees are covered by MOURVELI. No additional import charges are due upon delivery. If a carrier requests an import-related payment, contact us through our Contact page so we can resolve it.

Processing and delivery
Standard orders ship from China within 7 calendar days after payment is received. This is the processing period before shipment, not the delivery time. Transit time varies by destination and carrier and is additional to processing time. Contact us before ordering if you need a delivery estimate. Customs inspections, holidays and carrier delays may affect delivery.

Personalized orders
For products offering personalization, please provide the requested letters, numbers, pet name or telephone number in your order note or through our Contact page. We will confirm any required details and the applicable processing time before preparing your personalized order.

Decorative add-ons
Decorative add-ons must be purchased with an eligible collar or leash. Add-on-only orders will not be shipped; we will contact you to arrange an eligible purchase or cancel and refund the order.

Tracking and delivery help
We will email shipment confirmation and tracking information when your order ships. Please check your shipping address before ordering and contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.
For missing, delayed or damaged packages, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
