Shipping Policy

Free shipping, duties and import taxes

MOURVELI offers free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Import duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees are included. No additional import charges are due upon delivery. If a carrier requests an import-related payment, contact us so we can resolve it.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands), Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, Palau, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Processing and delivery

We fulfill and dispatch orders ourselves from China. Processing takes approximately 5 calendar days after payment. Estimated transit is 10–20 calendar days after dispatch; allow approximately 15–25 calendar days in total. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs inspections, holidays and carrier delays may affect delivery.

Product options and add-ons

Available sizes, colors and decorative accents are shown on each product page. Name, letter and number personalization is not currently offered. Choosing a removable accent does not make an order personalized. Accessories must be purchased with an eligible collar or leash. Accessory-only orders will not be shipped; we will contact you to arrange an eligible purchase or cancel and refund the order.

Tracking and delivery help

We email shipment confirmation and tracking information when your order ships. Check your shipping address before ordering and contact us promptly for corrections. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. For missing, delayed or damaged packages, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Return locations

Our return locations are Unit 20842, West Hall, Xiliu Yiwu Small Commodities City, Haicheng, Anshan, Liaoning, China, and Building 1, Ganghui Commercial, Haicang District, Xiamen, Fujian, China. Contact us before returning goods to confirm the correct location, recipient and delivery details. Our Hainan registered business address is not a return address. See our Return & Refund Policy.
