Using our store

Provide accurate order and contact information and use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with the website, misuse another person's information or place fraudulent orders. You must have legal capacity to place an order, or permission from a parent or guardian where applicable.

Products and descriptions

We sell decorative pet collars, leashes, compatible accessories and herding ball kits. For collars, select sizes using the neck measurements on the product page; total strap length is not wearable neck circumference. Herding ball sizes refer to approximate ball diameter; choose using the measurements and instructions on the product page. Refer to each product page for specifications and included components. Styled, pet-wearing and AI-assisted images are visual illustrations and are not evidence of product testing. Minor differences in screen color or bead pattern do not excuse a material mismatch with the description. We do not claim medical, therapeutic or guaranteed behavioral benefits.

Inspect products before use, supervise pets wearing decorative accessories, and stop using damaged items. Keep loose pieces away from pets that may chew or swallow them. Never attach a leash to a decorative bead strand. Interchangeable accessories fit only the compatible attachment systems described on the product page.

Herding balls are for supervised push-and-chase play, not chewing. Stop use if the cover or bladder is damaged. Follow the inflation and safety instructions on the product page.

Prices, orders and payment

Prices and currency are shown on the product page and at checkout. Select the desired product options to see the applicable price and included components. The checkout total shows the items and any applicable discounts before payment. Collars and leashes are sold separately unless expressly included in the offer. Accessories are add-ons and cannot be purchased alone.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods offered at checkout. We may contact you to clarify order details or investigate suspected fraud. If an item becomes unavailable or we discover a material pricing error, we will contact you with available options; we will not charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cancel an order, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items.

Shipping and import charges

We ship from Haicheng, Liaoning, or Xiamen, Fujian, China. Eligible orders to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC include standard shipping, import duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees. Standard processing is approximately 5 calendar days after payment, followed by estimated transit of 10–20 calendar days. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. See our Shipping Policy.
